"The staff Christmas party in Comhairle has hired the Deilín Musical Trio
with singer Anne Marie Kelly on two occasions in 2004 and 2006.
About 50 staff attended from age 19 to 65 with widely varying
tastes in music! We were concerned that there would be something for
everyone and we were not disappointed.
During the meal Deilín provided a low key sound which was unobtrusive but
provided a very pleasant background buzz.
They were all lovely people to deal with and were flexible to suit our
needs, allowing for singing from the floor and moving in with a wide and varied repertoire to suit all age groups - they upped the tempo after the meal and kept the revellers on the dance floor for the evening.
We'd recommend them for weddings or parties of any kind. Apart from their
wide repetoire, good humour and flexibility, they were punctual and very

Many thanks again for a brilliant set at my brother's 40th Birthday party in Terenure Rugby Club last Saturday night. The music and your own singing in particular enhanced the occasion enormously. It was clear from the reaction afterwards that everyone had a great night. I would very much like to thank the band for entering into the spirit of the party which, as you know, had a 'Mardi Gras' theme. I was particularly pleased with your professional approach and with your positive response to a number of special requests, both before the party and on the night itself. I would have no hesitation in recommending 'Deilin' as an ideal band for a wedding, party or any similar occasion. The best of luck with your future as a highly entertaining band.
